How fees work

Nothing upfront. Management and leasing fees are deducted from rent collected — no out-of-pocket check to get started.
$895 only on new placements. If tenants are already in place when you hire us, there is no leasing fee until the next turnover or new lease.
No hidden fees. No setup fees, no cancellation fees. Maintenance and vendor work are billed at cost (with owner approval on non-emergency items).
