If you request a callback or submit a realtor referral, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, and optionally email, city, property address, preferred time, client name, and a message.

Our servers and hosting providers may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We use cookies only as needed for the site to function.

How we use it

• To return your call or email and discuss management or leasing
• To process realtor referrals and pay referral fees when earned
• To operate and improve this website
• To meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use this website to send marketing text messages unless you separately agree in a later conversation or document.

Who we share with

We use service providers to run the business: website hosting (including Vercel), email delivery, database storage for form submissions, and AppFolio for owner/tenant portals and rental listings. Those companies process information on our behalf.

If you follow a link to AppFolio, Google, or another site, their privacy policies apply to activity there.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or clients, or as part of a business transfer.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to follow up and for ordinary business and legal retention. Active management files are kept for the relationship and as required by California law.

Your choices
